Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: August 20, 2026 · Applies to Android and iOS

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid ThinkCraft features (including Think Plus). The same rules apply on Android and iPhone / iPad — there is no separate refund policy by platform.

Quick summary: You can cancel anytime. If you bought a paid plan and change your mind within 7 days of the purchase, you can request a refund. Once approved, refunds are typically returned within 7 days (timing may vary by Google, Apple, or your bank). After the 7-day window, billing continues only until the end of your current paid period if you cancel renewal.

1) Same policy on every platform

Whether you pay through Google Play, the Apple App Store, PhonePe, or another supported payment method, this cancellation and refund policy is the default for ThinkCraft. Store-specific rules may also apply (see section 5).

2) Cancellation

3) Refund window (first 7 days)

If you purchased a paid ThinkCraft plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the purchase date.

4) After the 7-day window

Outside the 7-day refund window, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or by Google Play / App Store consumer rules. You can still cancel renewal so you are not charged again.

5) Store and payment-provider rules

If a store automatically refunds you under its rules, that is fine — you do not need a stricter process from us. Our 7-day window is an extra customer-friendly default where we control the payment path.

6) Free content

Core educational lessons that are free do not involve payment and do not require a refund.

7) Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
