Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid ThinkCraft features (including Think Plus). The same rules apply on Android and iPhone / iPad — there is no separate refund policy by platform.
1) Same policy on every platform
Whether you pay through Google Play, the Apple App Store, PhonePe, or another supported payment method, this cancellation and refund policy is the default for ThinkCraft. Store-specific rules may also apply (see section 5).
2) Cancellation
- You may cancel a Think Plus (or other paid) subscription at any time.
- After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not charge again for the next period.
- On Google Play or the App Store, also manage or cancel the subscription in that store’s subscription settings so renewals stop with the store as well.
3) Refund window (first 7 days)
If you purchased a paid ThinkCraft plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the purchase date.
- Email team@airealm.pro with the subject “Refund request”, your account email, purchase date, platform (Android / iOS / other), and a short reason.
- After we approve an eligible refund, the money is usually back in your account within 7 calendar days. Google Play, Apple, PhonePe, or your bank may take longer in some cases.
- One refund request per purchase period is enough in normal cases; we may decline abuse or repeated gaming of the 7-day window.
4) After the 7-day window
Outside the 7-day refund window, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or by Google Play / App Store consumer rules. You can still cancel renewal so you are not charged again.
5) Store and payment-provider rules
- Google Play: You may also request a refund through Google Play’s order history when Google’s own refund tools apply.
- Apple App Store: You may also request a refund through Apple’s Report a Problem / subscription tools when Apple’s policies apply.
- Other gateways (e.g. PhonePe): Contact us first at the email above; we will guide the refund through that channel when eligible.
If a store automatically refunds you under its rules, that is fine — you do not need a stricter process from us. Our 7-day window is an extra customer-friendly default where we control the payment path.
6) Free content
Core educational lessons that are free do not involve payment and do not require a refund.
7) Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
