If you want to delete your ThinkCraft account and associated data, send a request to: team@airealm.pro
Include in your request:
- Your account email address used in ThinkCraft.
- The subject line: Delete my ThinkCraft account.
What data we delete
- Account authentication record (email login profile).
- Stored profile fields associated with your account.
- Learning progress and related app activity tied to your account.
What data may be retained
- Minimal operational logs, backup snapshots, or legal records may be retained for up to 30 days where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Request handling time
We process verified deletion requests as quickly as possible, typically within 7 business days.
